Artist Statement
Sentiments well up through my conscious days and realization comes from the physicality of making. Painting and drawing are my expressive languages. Always looking, trying to see, I search for badgers claw, the budding lily, the tooth of a mouse; finding metaphors within the materiality of object and environment. I seek the infinite parts of the whole. This transformation of material into meaning propels me forward.
